Sermorelin
What it is
Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid synthetic version of the active region of natural GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone). It was the first GHRH analog approved by the FDA — originally for pediatric growth hormone deficiency. Today it's the most widely prescribed GH-secretagogue for adult anti-aging and body composition use, prized for its mild side-effect profile and gradual, physiological GH response.
How it works
Sermorelin tells your pituitary gland to release your own growth hormone in natural pulses, primarily during deep sleep. Unlike injecting synthetic HGH, you can't suppress endogenous production because the natural feedback loop stays intact. The effect is gentle and accumulates over months rather than days.
