What it is
Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is a SARM developed by Ligand Pharmaceuticals (now Viking Therapeutics) as VK5211. It's the strongest mass-builder of the well-tolerated SARMs — significant size gains with moderate suppression. Made it through Phase 1 and 2 trials.
How it works
Selectively binds androgen receptors with high affinity, particularly in muscle tissue. Has stronger anabolic effect than Ostarine but at the cost of more pronounced testosterone suppression.

When to titrate upMost users do well at 5–10 mg. Above 10 mg, suppression worsens dramatically and side effects rise.

- Possible mood/libido drop during/after cycle
- Joint dryness in some users
- Headaches
PCT required. Plan with Enclomiphene + HCG or similar for 4–6 weeks post-cycle. Get full blood panels before, during, and after. Banned in sports.
