Enclomiphene Citrate

Androxal · trans-clomiphene · the "good half" of Clomid
researchpopularoral tablet

What it is

Enclomiphene is one of the two stereoisomers in Clomid (clomiphene citrate). The traditional Clomid drug is a 50/50 mix of enclomiphene (the "good" isomer that boosts testosterone) and zuclomiphene (the "bad" isomer that causes mood, vision, and emotional side effects). Enclomiphene-only purified products give you Clomid's benefits without the side effects.

How it works

A SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) that blocks estrogen at the pituitary. The pituitary normally senses high estrogen as feedback to slow down LH and FSH production. Enclomiphene tricks it into thinking estrogen is low, causing more LH/FSH release, which drives more testosterone and supports fertility.
